HVAC Estimator

We are looking to add a new residential HVAC ESTIMATOR to our Trail family at our Calgary South location (6880 11 Street SE). Is it you?

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating customers' mechanical needs, furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, garage heaters, etc.
  • Estimating and quoting product replacements as required
  • Managing leads in CRM system
  • Establishing an on-going prospecting system
  • Maintaining a professional rapport with customers
  • Generating business(home shows, showroom, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience an asset
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Basic computer skills
  • HVAC industry experience a requirement
  • Must have a Driver's License and provide a current Driver's Abstract
  • Evening and weekend availability

Customer Relations Coordinator

The Calgary South (6880 11 Street SE) is currently looking to hire a full-time Customer Relations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting all departments with the resolution of customer concerns
  • Investigating issues regarding property and product damage
  • Creating and maintaining files with accurate written and electronic documentation
  • Managing refunds, gift cards, insurance claims and builder claims promptly and accurately
  • Coordinating minor repairs on behalf of clients

The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate computer skills. Experience with Word, Sharepoint, and CRM would be considered an asset
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • The ability to multitask with great attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Experience dealing with customer concerns, insurance claims, builders, and contractors would be considered an asset
