Customer Service/Office Manager

Trail Appliances Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Office Manager. You possess excellent problem solving ability, great composure under pressure, and the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a small team of administrative staff building relationships to develop a strong team
  • Conducting training, group meetings, performance management, etc. including hiring, disciplinary & terminating
  • Addressing customer issues as they arise
  • Ensuring that all invoicing and billing procedures are followed
  • Working with head office credit department to resolve customer accounts
  • Liaising with manufacturers in regards to returns authorization
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained
  • Assisting with general reception duties
  • Closing daily transactions
  • Ensuring proper administration of builder accounts
  • Assisting with annual store inventory

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes an asset
