Trail Appliances requires full time Sales Consultants to work out of the Calgary South store. The duties of this position include:

- Providing outstanding customer service in a friendly, courteous manner
- Assessing customer needs to provide expert advise about available products
- Be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of any product

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Trail Appliances is one of the leading independent appliance retailers in Western Canada, supplying brand name appliances from North American and Europe.

Trail Appliances Ltd. requires a part time Customer Service Representative in the Edmonton area. This position requires someone willing to work fluctuating shifts between the North and South locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• assisting customers at the counter
• inputting sales orders
• printing invoices
• processing payment
• filing and relief reception.
