Bob Mitchell at the Sunridge location is the bomb!!! My fridge died so I called Bob on his day off, and he was more than accommodating!! My new fridge is being delivered tomorrow. Great service Bob!! Thank you!! 👍👍

We were very happy with our experience at Trail buying a new fridge! Hussain and Kate were very helpful in the store, and Brian and Shane did a great job delivering it. Thanks!

Bob Mitchel with Trail appliances was a pleasure to deal with over the phone. Prompt to reply with a quote on the dishwasher we purchased from his SE location in Calgary. Easy, over the phone purchase with great communication and customer service. I will shop at this location again for future appliances.

Used their live chat to sort out a full kitchen package, and the support team was outstanding from start to finish. The agent helped me compare different brands within my budget, checked real-time stock, and made sure everything would arrive in the same delivery window.

Absolutely amazing experience, from front end to the boys out back that loaded us up. I'll be back.
