Overview
The AGA Elise 48" Induction Model features three separate ovens. The first is an electric multifunction oven with 7 settings, including true European dual-convection cooking. The second European convection oven offers the ability to cook multiple large dishes at once using differing heating modes and temperatures, while third one is a dedicated glide-out broil oven for top-heat broiling. The ceramic glass surface cooktop with five induction burners and integrated capacitive touch controls.

The Glide Out Broiler System™ features Full Broil and Half Broil modes, offering adjustable heights and a spacious extendable gliding tray that can accommodate up to six 6-oz steaks at once. The powerful dual-element broiler heats up in just 5 minutes, providing quick and efficient cooking.
Multi-Function 7-Mode Oven
It is designed to suit all your cooking needs with seven versatile settings: Defrost, Convection, Convection Broiling, Fan Assist Bake, Conventional, Browning, and Base Heat, tailored to deliver perfect results along with the flexibility to cook a wide range of dishes with ease.
Oven Capacity and Rack Setup
With over 6 cubic feet of oven space across 3 separate ovens, this range maximizes cooking capacity while minimizing energy consumption. Each large oven features 5 adjustable rack positions, and comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty steel racks plus 1 telescoping rack, offering a total of 5 racks for versatile cooking.

This extra-large ceramic glass induction cooktop features 5 induction burners and is equipped with EasyClean™ Technology, making cleanup effortless with its black enamel interior.
