Moisture Plus
The effortless way to perfect results adding moisture leaves meat tender and juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside; and when baking bread it helps achieve the fluffiness and browning that everyone loves. For even more convenience, you can program the bursts of steam at specific times. Moisture Plus is also used in various automatic programs.
Soft Open and Soft Close
