Two heating elements and two fans ensure optimum circulation of the hot air in the oven, ensuring the oven is ready for use rapidly and can produce uniform cooking results.
Moisture Plus
Adding moisture leaves the meat tender and juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside, and when baking bread it helps achieve the fluffiness and browning that everyone loves. For even more convenience, you can program the bursts of steam at specific times. Moisture Plus is also used in various automatic programs.
Automatic Programs
