SensaSource is an integrated motor and heat sensor. During light cooking, the motor operates at low speed. When the temperature rises to unacceptable levels, the heat sensor switches to high speed. The motor returns to low when the temperature is lowered.

Vent-A-Hood^® range hoods featuring the exclusive Power Lung blower with the Centrifugal Filter chamber actively remove grease from the air. The grease is captured and held in a collecting tray that can be removed and cleaned. Grease is the enemy, and the Power Lung wins the battle.
