Overview
This double wall oven features steam assist in the upper oven, allowing you to create healthy, flavorful dishes. The upper oven features 9 cooking modes including Steam Bake, Pure Convection Sear and Convection Broil. Meanwhile, the lower oven features 7 cooking modes including Convection Bake, Convection Broil and Convection Roast. Both ovens also feature 7 additional modes including Keep Warm and Dehydrate. This model also features 2 glide racks in the upper cavity and 2 glide racks in the lower cavity, in addition to 1 standard rack in each cavity. The upper oven also features a temperature probe as well as an automatic water reservoir.
