We were very happy with our experience at Trail buying a new fridge! Hussain and Kate were very helpful in the store, and Brian and Shane did a great job delivering it. Thanks!

·6 months agoBob Mitchel with Trail appliances was a pleasure to deal with over the phone. Prompt to reply with a quote on the dishwasher we purchased from his SE location in Calgary. Easy, over the phone purchase with great communication and customer service. I will shop at this location again for future appliances.

·Google ReviewsI used the website chat late in the evening and was surprised to connect with a knowledgeable support person right away. They helped me match a new dishwasher to my existing panel, checked stock across multiple locations, and suggested a couple of alternatives just in case.
