We know you have options. Here's why Vancouver residents choose Trail Appliances:
Real Expertise, Not Scripts
Our Product Specialists have spent an average of 15 years in the appliance industry and receive ongoing training from our manufacturers. They're not reading from a script; they genuinely know these appliances inside and out. Got a question about steam ovens? Counter-depth refrigerators? Induction cooking? They've got all the answers. Some team members also speak Farsi.
Multi-lingual team
Our Vancouver team provides expert guidance in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi/Persian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tagalog. We're here to help you make confident decisions in the language you're most comfortable with.
Touch, Test, Explore
Unlike warehouses with boxed inventory, our showroom lets you open every door, push every button, and see exactly how that French door fridge fits your meal prep routine. Compare brands side-by-side without wandering through endless aisles.
Your Budget, Your Timeline, Zero Pressure
Whether you're renovating your entire kitchen or replacing a single appliance, we have options from practical to prestigious. Take your time. Come back three times. We're not going anywhere, and we're definitely not pressuring you.
Local Service That Actually Shows Up
When you need delivery, installation, or service down the road, you're dealing with a BC company that's been serving local families since 1974. Our service team knows Vancouver, shows up when scheduled, and treats your home with respect.
Clearance Centre On-Site
Looking for a deal? Our integrated Clearance Centre offers scratch & dent, overstock, and discontinued models at prices that make sense. Shop full-price and clearance all in one visit.
