At Trail Appliances in Alberta and Saskatchewan we know our community is the foundation of our business. Without the community, we wouldn't be the company we are today. That is why all of us at Trail Appliances believe in saying “thank you” by giving back, supporting our neighbours and getting involved. Trail Appliances is proud to partner with the following organizations:
Requests for Support
While we direct the majority of our local giving through our key partner organizations, Trail Appliances is always interested in finding additional ways to help strengthen community life. To request support for your organization, program or event, please follow the procedure outlined below and submit your request no less than three weeks prior to your event.
Requests for support must be made in writing, on official letterhead
All requests require the following information:
- Full name and address of organization
- Non-profit or tax identification number if you have one
- Contact person, phone number and email
- Brief overview of the organization and those who benefit from it
- Geographic area served
- Program/event details, including date
Submit your request no less than three weeks prior to your event
Please email your request to us at donations@trail-appliances.com no less than three weeks prior to your event.
We will contact organizations whose requests are approved – no phone calls please
Trail Appliances appreciates all requests – and reviews all submissions individually – but will only contact organizations whose requests are approved. Phone calls will not be returned.
