With thousands of appliances in stock, we are able to offer same day delivery and pick up. This part of our quality service allows you to get back to your chores as quickly and smoothly as possible. When will I get my appliances?
If time is critical, chat with us, or call our stores. Appliances can take a few hours to be ready for you, or a few days to bring in, depending on their availability. Some products will be especially ordered for you and be a longer timeframe. Check the availability on each product page on the website to get an estimate of when the product will be available to schedule pick up or delivery.
Please note: Due to Covid-19, global availability of appliances is longer than usual and can experience delays.
How can I tell if the appliance I want is on display in a store?
Check out the "On Display" feature on each Product Page. This section will indicate which store you can see and touch model. If the model you would like is not on display, chat with a Product Expert to find out similar models on display.
Product Availability Statuses
Many of our appliances are in stock, which means once you have submitted your order and your payment has been approved, your item will be available in 1-2 business days for pickup or to schedule delivery. However, there are times when an appliance will be coming in soon. Each product shows the approximate availability time. If time is critical, chat with us, or call our stores.
Special Order Items
Manufacturers have appliances to satisfy your individual goals. For more information please contact a Product Expert through live chat or in-store. Please note: Special order items cannot be cancelled – all special-order sales are final and non-refundable. Please note you will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.

Pricing
Promotions Apply on Subtotal Only
When a threshold is given for a Trail Appliances special deal or free delivery promotion, your subtotal must meet or exceed that threshold. For example, if we offer Free Delivery for orders above a certain amount, the subtotal amount of the order is the value before sales tax and delivery and/or service charges are added.

Can you buy major appliances online?
Trail Appliances can accommodate your appliance purchase, whenever and however you're comfortable with. Every customer receives the same great Trail Appliances experience. When it comes to buying a major appliance like a refrigerator, washing machine, or anything else picking the right retailer is as important as picking the right brand or model. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Four order statuses refer to:
- Completed: Once your order has been successfully delivered, the order is updated “Order Completed”.
- Cancelled: If the order has been cancelled before delivery, the order will be marked as “Cancelled”.
- Replaced: If your order was significantly modified, your Product Expert will change your order status to “Replaced” and send you the revised Trail Appliances Order.
- Cancelled with Credit: If you cancel your order and want a few days to choose another product. The order will be cancelled, and the funds will remain as a credit with Trail Appliances. The re-order must be placed with a Product Expert over Live Chat or In Store, as the credit does not appear for an online order.
What does my order status mean?

It can happen to any of us. You can reset your password online from the account login page. We can help reset your password and help you access your account if required, contact us over live chat.
What do I need to show when picking up my purchase in person?
You will be required to show the credit card used to make the payment as well as photo identification when picking up product at any Trail Appliances location.
When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please check the credit card number, and expiration date on your credit card as well as the billing address associated with your card. All of these must match the bank's information to be accepted.

How do you ensure security for the payment methods?
We use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to protect your online safety. If your card is not enrolled, please visit your bank's website or contact them directly before making your purchase.

Do you offer a product protection plan or extended warranty?
Trail Appliances has partnered with Comerco to provide our customers with the best Product Protection Plan available on the Canadian market. This plan will protect you against the expensive and sometimes recurring costs of repairs and assure you that your products will operate up to the manufacture's specifications. Why you should purchase a product protection plan?
The best thing you can do to protect your appliance is purchase a product protection plan. Most brands include only a year of full coverage, even on appliances that cost $2,000 or more. According to experience, almost all fridge repair issues happen in the first four years of ownership. Purchasing a product protection plan will protect you against the expensive and sometimes recurring costs of repairs and assure you that your products will operate up to the manufacture's specifications. Where do you deliver?

What are the delivery options?
We're pleased to offer a variety of delivery options to suit our customers' needs, while keeping everyone safe. Learn more about our delivery options and protocols.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are based on the type and number of appliances in the order as well as proximity. On the website, you can calculate your delivery charges by entering the postal code of the delivery location. There are also additional delivery services you can elect to receive to ensure all your delivery needs are met.
Who do I contact if I have a question about my delivery?

Can you install my new appliance?
Our professional delivery teams can place and hook up some freestanding appliances such as laundry pairs. In some locations, we have expert plumbers and gasfitters on staff to install your new dishwasher, gas range, water purification products or whole home air purification. For those appliances that require outside installation expertise, we will coordinate with third-party providers.
Can you deliver and install my Miele appliance?
Miele is excluded from our delivery and installation options. Miele handles deliveries and installations directly, as the manufacturer.
What to do with my old appliance?
Trail Appliances will take away your old appliances, worry free and compliant with all local laws and safety regulations. If you choose to dispose of your old appliances on your own, please be aware of the laws around appliance disposal. Please ensure all appliances are unplugged and unhooked prior to our arrival. Trail Appliances' delivery personnel do not unhook old appliances from plumbing or gas fittings.
Will the Trail Appliances Delivery Teams move my appliances around the house?
If you would like an appliance moved from one room to another, additional charges will apply. Some restrictions will apply to moves.

Their friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you find pieces to fit appliances from almost every manufacturer, whether you purchased from Trail Appliances or not. Who do I contact if my appliance needs service?
If an issue arises with your appliance, our Service Centers will connect you with service technicians who specialize in servicing your appliance brand.
When contacting our team, please make sure you have the following information ready:
- The type of appliance
- The manufacturer or brand

- The specific problem that you're having
