Return Policy
Your newly purchased appliance arrived, and you’ve decided that it’s no longer the right fit? No worries! You can return it within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date, if the product has not been used or installed.
Please keep all your packaging and make sure no alterations have been made to the appliance. Items with open, altered or missing packaging will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Need help returning your appliance(s) back to our warehouse? We are happy to pick it up for an additional fee.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special order products;
- Floor model or open box products or products otherwise purchased "as is";
- Parts and accessories; and
- Products that have been installed or used by you.
